When Sarah and Mike Chen opened The Stonebridge Cafe in 2019, they had a simple vision: create the kind of place where everyone knows your name and your coffee order. "We wanted to build something that felt like it had always been here," Sarah explains. "A place where you can sit with a friend, meet a neighbor, or just enjoy five minutes of peace before the day begins."
